  1. Place an anonymous call to report electricity theft to the Eskom crime reporting line: 0800 11 27 22 (toll-free).
  2. Contact Eskom help care line from the MyEskom Customer App.
  3. In the case of power outages caused by cable theft or other causes, Eskom customers can report power outages to 0860037566 or send an  SMS to 35328.
  4. You can also contact Eskom customer service by Email at customerservices@eskom.co.za to make a report.
