GreatCall is a connected health technology company that offers health and safety products and services for older adults, including mobile devices, cellular services, mobile apps, and a wearable device. It is the company behind Jitterbug and 5Star Urgent Response phones and services.
To have an active service, customers must purchase Great Call phones. There is no option to use your own phone with a Great Call plan. Phones and plans are limited, but customers have the option to change Great Call plan minutes as needed. Since you have a list of plans to choose from, you can also change your plan according to your need.

How to Change GreatCall Plan
The two best methods to change Great Call plan minutes is to sign in to your account or visit a Great Call store in your area.
Since not all areas have access to Great Call plan stores, you can locate a store nearby with the Store Locator.
Great Call customers can choose either Basic or GoPlans coverage. Basic plans offer talk, but no text or data is included. GoPlans offer talk and unlimited 5Star and Urgent Care, but only the highest-priced plans offer text and data. Text and data packages are available for an additional monthly fee.

Basic 14: 50 minutes per month for $14.99.
Basic 19: 200 minutes per month for $19.99.
Basic 29: 700 minutes per month for $29.99.
Basic 39: 1500 minutes per month for $39.99.
Basic 59: 2500 minutes per month for $59.99.
GoPlan 24: 50 minutes per month for $24.99.
GoPlan 29: 200 minutes per month for $29.99.
GoPlan 39: 700 minutes per month for $39.99.
GoPlan 49: 1500 minutes per month for $49.99.
GoPlan Unlimited: Unlimited minutes per month for $69.99.
If you need more than one Great Call plan, you can choose the Great Call 39, 49, or Unlimited plan and add additional lines. The Great Call 39 and 49 plans are available for $14.99 for each new line. The Unlimited plan costs $69.99 for each additional line.
