To port out or cancel your Flash wireless account at any time, you must chat with a Wireless expert during operating hours. Note that only the account owner can cancel the service, authorized users are unable to make cancellation requests.
How To Port Out of Flash Wireless
- Call Flash Wireless customer care line and speak to an expert requesting to port out or cancel your account.
- Requesting a cancellation will take effect immediately and the Account Owner is responsible for any outstanding charges or balances owed on your account.
- Note that you will not receive refunds for any unused portions of your service for customers who pay for a month in advance on the recurring monthly billing dates.
- If you are in a contract for service with Flash Wireless, early termination fees may apply.
