  1. Call Flash Wireless customer care line and speak to an expert requesting to port out or cancel your account.
  2. Requesting a cancellation will take effect immediately and the Account Owner is responsible for any outstanding charges or balances owed on your account.
  3. Note that you will not receive refunds for any unused portions of your service for customers who pay for a month in advance on the recurring monthly billing dates.
  4. If you are in a contract for service with Flash Wireless, early termination fees may apply.
