To cancel your Flash Wireless account, you must chat with one of the Service Experts during operating hours. Please be aware that only the account owner can cancel the service, authorized users are unable to make cancellation requests.

Your cancellation request will take effect immediately and the Account Owner is responsible for any outstanding charges or balances owed on your account. Flash Wireless does not offer refunds for any unused portions of your service for our customers who pay for a month in advance on the recurring monthly billing dates. If you are in a contract for service with Flash Wireless, early termination fees may apply.
