When Facebook kicked off it was only centered on connecting with friends. You can send a friend request to someone and also receive a request from another. The maximum friends you can have on Facebook is 5000 and once you reach this milestone you won’t be able to accept any more request and Facebook will even stop allowing people to send you requests.
This made Facebook release the feature “Follow”. With this feature, you will be able to follow someone without being friends with the person but later they removed this. Now you can only unfollow someone you’re friends with, so you won’t be able to see their updates. Have it in mind that once you send someone a friend request and the person hasn’t confirmed you, automatically you’re following the individual. You can visit our post on How to find out who I am following on Facebook to cancel your requests. Here we will show you how you can find your followers.
How to find my followers on Facebook
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Click on your name or picture depending on the device you’re using to go to your Profile.
- You will be able to see the number of people following you if you have any. It normally appears on the left side of your screen if you’re accessing it with a PC. For mobile app users, scroll down carefully.
