Are you a Lyca sim user and confused if your sim is active? Follow these guidelines for SIM activation and if you still encounter difficulty using your SIM, contact the customer care center as provided below:
Type the last 4 digits of the ICCID + PUK from the back of the SIM card.
If you are using a smartphone, don’t forget to activate the screen rotation from the setup menu.
Stand in front of the camera to take a picture that shows your face. You can also use id card or passport picture.
Remember to center the document in the green box.
