How to Join Eastlink

For Mobile

1. Insert the Eastlink Wireless SIM card into your device and power it on.
2. Your device will guide you through the setup process.
3. If you are asked to connect to a Wifi network during set up it is highly recommended that you do so. This will prevent you from using mobile Data during setup.
4. Select your device from the list below and follow the steps.
5. To join/port to Eastlink from another provider, information such as your name, address, and account number as printed on the invoice of your current provider.

For TV, Home Phone Services and Internet

1. Log on to the official website and select Access My Account.
2. Select My Account under TV, Internet, Home Phone. Then Select Register now
3. Enter your Eastlink account number, Email address, postal code, and select submit.
4. You will receive an email to the email address entered above.
5. Select the link in the email and create a password. The password must be a minimum of 12 characters.
6. Re-enter your password and submit.
