You can cancel your Sanlam funeral policy if you are the Primary Covered Person on your Funeral Plan. To do this, ensure you give one month’s notice to Sanlam. To cancel your Sanlam funeral policy, simply call The Sanlam Contact Centre team on Share call 0860 426 837 (0860 icover).
Your cancellation will take place with immediate effect, and you, along with any family members on your funeral plan, will no longer be covered by funeral insurance. Please note that unless you cancel your Family Funeral Plan within the cooling-off period, you will not qualify for a refund on any premiums already paid.
