You have to activate your SIM card and set up your voicemail to enable you to check voicemail on SMARTY. When you’ve activated your SIM card and your phone is up and running, set up your voicemail with the steps below:

- Dial 123, choose a PIN, select #, and confirm.
- After recording your name, you’ll be asked to record a message that callers will hear when you don’t answer. You can change your message whenever you want.
- With the pin, you can access your voicemail. If you forget your PIN, dial 123 to access your voicemail and follow the instructions to create a new one.
