This article is written as a guideline to assist Tyme bank customers on how to check statements without the stress of going to the bank. You get to have your bank statement instantly without delay. To do this, you have to download the Tyme bank Smart app or internet banking.

Follow the steps below to get your statement via the app:

1. Login to your profile.
2. Click on EveryDay Account on the home screen.
3. Click Account Information.
4. Click on Statements on the next landing page to retrieve your statement.

After requesting on the app or internet banking, the statements from the previous months will then be sent to your email inbox.

Note that Tyme bank usually sends out bank statements at the beginning of every month to customers’ email addresses that’s registered on the system.
