Telkom Emergency Top Up allows its customers to get immediate access to airtime when they run out of airtime, but are unable to recharge. To borrow data from Telkom takes just a few easy steps and you are back online.
This service is only available to Prepaid and Top Up customers and the subscriber must have been active on the network for six (6) consecutive months or more. He/she must have a minimum recharge of R10 per month for three (6) consecutive months or more and must have registered for RICA.
You can then select the amount required.
Note that there will be a service fee of R1 charged per transaction made. On your next recharge, Telkom will immediately deduct the outstanding amount plus the service fee of R1.
