  1. Go to your Plusnet Mobile account.
  2. Instead of filling in your router password, choose “forget password” at the top of the page.
  3. Follow the steps from there.
  4. After you have typed in the new password, click “save”.

  3. Go to settings.
  4. Select Change Router Password.
