Cricket Wireless offers several payment locations and payment methods of bill payment. You can pay online, Mobile app, and other channels depending on your preference and convenience.

You can also set up automatic monthly payments while signing up for service. Or sign up for Auto Pay at any time in My Account or the myCricket app.

How to Pay My Cricket Wireless Bill Online

1. Sign in to My Account by entering your username and password.
2. Go to the Payments section.
3. Enter your credit or debit card information and the amount you want to pay.
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
5. Select Review Payment.
6. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.

You’ll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We’ll also send a text to confirm your payment.

Payment With Mobile App

1. Download the myCricket app or Quick Pay online.
2. Open the myCricket app and sign in.
3. Then tap Pay Now at the bottom of the screen.
4. You can make the payment using your Cricket Refill Card, Debit, or Credit card.
5. To pay with a credit or debit card:
   a. Tap Credit or Debit Card, and the amount you want to pay.
   b. Enter your credit or debit card information. Or, select to use AutoPay credit card (if applicable).
   c. Agree to Terms and Conditions.
   d. Tap the box if you want to set up Auto Pay with this card (if applicable).
   e. Tap Review Payment.
   f. Tap Submit Payment.
6. To pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay:
   This can be used if you have an eligible device and your digital wallet is enabled.
   a. Select digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay).
   b. Enter the amount of payment and follow the steps to complete the transaction.
7. To Pay with a Cricket Refill Card:
   a. Tap the Cricket Refill Card tab.
   b. Enter your Cricket Refill Card Number and tap Validate.
   c. A screen will appear that displays the Refill Card payment amount.
   d. Tap Submit Payment.
8. To pay with PayPal:
   a. Enter your phone number.
   b. Select the blue arrow to the right of PayPal.
   c. Enter the amount you want to pay.
   d. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
   e. Click the Pay with PayPal button.
